    This hotel is right next to the train station and made travel very convenient. it is such a wonderful, peaceful property. It is beautifully redone and feels like a palace.

    Simply stunning and impeccably clean hotel with VERY UNIQUE view of the Emperial Palace gardens. Top-class staff with an advanced request, top-notch and lovely romantic room. A safe box, TV set and a mini-fridge-bar in the room.

    Fine hotel, elegant staff, with a sumptuous breakfast with both Japanese and western offerings, and conveniently located next to the Marunouchi South Gate for easy access to the Narita Express.

    From the moment we arrived the response from the staff could not have been bettered. The immediate welcome and registration, the escorting to our room - the hotel is confusing when you first arrive - finding out particular information, everything we asked for was found. The position, as a part of Tokyo Station, was extremely convenient as we had to catch an early train to the airport. The room was very well furnished and warm on a cold Tokyo day. Excellent.

    Excellent hotel with free wi-fi, a fantastic restaurant, and 24-hour reception. I still remember how the staff recommended a local taxi during my first stay. I'm looking forward to coming back for a new year!

    The location was unbeatable, located right adjacent to Tokyo Station. Our room was meticulously clean and spacious, with amazing views of the Imperial Palace. The breakfast offered a wonderful array of both Japanese and Western dishes, catering perfectly to everyone's tastes.

    The check-in process was a bit confusing.

    The location at Tokyo Station is unbeatable. I loved being just steps away from transportation options. The room had fine views of the Imperial Palace. Staff members were gracious and attentive. Breakfast great with great quality ingredients. The atmosphere felt elegant and classy. Just a minor inconvenience given everything else. I also miss the French toast from previous visits to the breakfast menu.

    The location was perfect for visiting sights like the Imperial Palace and Akihabara. The room was spacious and cozy, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Note that the unique Japanese breakfast was a must-try! Definitely recommend !

    I was blown away by the fine design of my room, which combined modern comforts with classical elegance. Every morning, the breakfast was a good feast, with so many delicious choices that I could barely decide! The staff were really nice, even guiding me through the station to catch my train, it was like a personalized adventure!
